If it’s electric shift then it’s probably the shift motor that bolts to the engine that makes it shift. There notorious for going bad.

When mine stopped shifting it was because of a bad sensor. Honda calls it a “angle sensor”

Then I’m going to say it’s the shift fork inside the transmission. That or something pertaining to that.
